Set on just under 3000 square meters of land in a prime residential area this project was undertaken when property prices were down.
Our clients, seasoned developers, took a risky decision to buy the site and asked us to design small nice villas which were economical and saleable under the market conditions at the time.
The concept was to design a group of villas all facing inwards with gardens at the back so that the adjoining gardens would create a green enclave which adds value of open space to each villa in the otherwise dense residential fabric of the surrounding developments.
Each villa is built on a small footprint to reduce running costs and maximise outdoor space.
The villas are all very well insulated to further minimise running costs.
The project was completed in 9 months and all villas were sold very quickly as shells and finished individually by their owners.
