GIG OFFICES

Located in the centre of St George’s Bay, the GiG office block is a free-standing landmark office building set over 6 floors with an overlying receded floor totaling 2,800 square metres of office space.

The exterior design was kept clean and simple to allow the building to flow along the site boundary through the use of curved and reflective glazed curtain walls and aluminium cladding. Responding to the surrounding bay, the cantilevered upper floors appear to float on top of a recessed and double volume ground floor podium. The massing of the building is further fragmented with the use of large terraces that in turn, provide attractive outdoor spaces overlooking the bay that can be enjoyed by the occupants.

Internally, double volume spaces and full height glazing further enhance the occupants open views out to the bay.
